While K2 Web Services employs industry-standard best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization, Web Development, Advertising, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), we cannot and do not guarantee specific metrics, user behavior, ranking placements, or financial returns. Performance on third-party platforms (like Google and Meta) is subject to algorithm changes and market forces outside of our control. Our services are provided to maximize potential, but all business outcomes carry inherent risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on K2 Web Services' website and our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
